Colorado has had pot legalized for 1 year now. This state has seen a increase in its population. I call it "Pot Population". Most young homeless people are moving here for legal pot. They just want to feed their addictions legally. These people have addictionary behaviors. They rely on a plant to keep their lives going. Pot won't last forever. What will people do when pot goes extinct?
Why rely on a plant when you can rely upon Jesus? You can't substitute Him. People in the "Pot Population" don't rely on Him. As far as medical MMJ is concerned, whatever doctor prescribes MMJ should have their medical license reviewed if no revoked. In my opinion, I consider them, "Rogue Doctors". It is no wonder why Nebraska & Oklahoma area suing Colorado for their legalization of pot. Adverse effects are still to be felt by everyone.

How To Avoid Being Killed By Police - 12/7/2014
Hello. Before reading this post any further, consult with an attorney. This is your final warning.
In light of the non-indictments of two police officers in their actions against Mr. Brown & Mr. Garner, I would like to offer some tips on how to avoid being killed by your local police.
1. Don't commit crimes. Both Mr. Brown and Mr. Garner were both criminals. Both of these men may have had health conditions as well.
2. Don't resist arrest. Remember, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
3. Live at peace with everyone. I know it's hard to live peacefully with everyone. We are all different with different tempers and attitudes. Find common ground with those around you.
4. Be involved with your community. If you want to see change in your community, do something positive.
Those are some tips on how to avoid being killed by police. I hope you will find this helpful. Memo to parents of kids with behavioral problems: Get your kids lawyers before they commit crimes. That is all for now.

Small Children Alone With Dogs - 11/22/2014
Hello. Before reading this post any further, please consult an attorney. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Today while I was walking out and about in Colorado Springs, CO., I saw a small child alone with their dog. The dog had a leash on him. The dog was running around on the grass and the small child couldn't get a hold of the leash. I saw the dog run across the street and the child blindly ran after the dog. One vehicle stopped in the middle of traffic and helped the dog get back to the other side of the street where the small child got a hold of the dog finally. I was glad to see the people in that vehicle help.
And now, my rant.
1. Who in the Hell lets their small child who can't fully be in control of their dog be left alone?
2. Why was the child left alone with the dog in the first place?
If you have a child that is not old enough to be in full control of their dog at all times, do not let them go outside alone no matter what time of day it is. This is a case of Parental Failure. If there is a pet care class for children before they get a pet, they should be enrolled in it. If there are no such classes available, why aren't they?
With the holiday season coming upon us, pet sales and/or adoptions may be on the rise. It is with no wonder why the U.S. Government wants new parents to go through parenting classes.

People Hate The Fact That I Am Alive - 10/28/2014

People hate the fact that I am alive. People thought that I would be dead by now. I had a high school classmate read my palm and said that I would have a short life. I'm still alive and I don't know why. I can't die yet because I haven't bought my burial plot and coffin yet. Does asking some if they bought a coffin sound out of the ordinary? I don't feel that the question is out of the ordinary.
I only know loneliness. Meeting new people frightens me. Why should I meet new people? I have already proven that I am the most undatable man in America. Most every single woman in Colorado Springs, CO. are tag chasers. If I were to be on Denver's 16th Street Mall with flowers, sweets and a engagement ring size 7, every single woman that walks on my would reject me. They have fear over faith. What's to be afraid of? Human companionship has eluded me for most of my life. I will never be a normal person.
I have my vices and faults. No single woman would accept this. Trusting people is out of the picture for me. If I do have mental illness, I got it from my father.

Too Much Population Part 2 - 9/27/2014

With that said, here is part 2 of "Too Much Population". As I have said before, teenage pregnancy should be a thing of the past. The term, "Statutory Rape" should be renamed, "Illegal Insemination". Not only do the man and woman pay for this illegal act, every American taxpayer has to flip for part of the bill to raise the child/children that is the result of such act.
The child/children may not have been wanted, but the illicit sexual contact was. Wretched they are for going against God. What has happened to self responsibility in this country? A better question to ask is, "What happened to morality in this country"?
A child himself/herself is never a mistake. The way the child came to be by the parent's irresponsible decisions (i.e. Child born outside of marriage) is the mistake. The parent's decisions or lack of decisions affects my wallet in ways that I may never know. For example, higher prices of groceries, gasoline, health care. Now, because of someone else's decisions, I have to stretch my dollars like they are rubber. I'm lucky to have a quart of milk a month to drink.

Too Much Population Part 1 - 9/11/2014

Quarter Of A Million Dollar Children - 8/23/2014

A U.S. Government report that came out recently says that the average cost of raising a child from birth to 18 years old is near a quarter of a million dollar. The higher costs of living are to blame for that. Most everything is on the rise. People aren't being smart with their finances as they ought to be.
If an unmarried couple has a child, it's not only them that has to pay. If that couple can't afford the costs associated from having a child, guess who flips for the rest of the bill; Us. If I pay for my own health insurance, that is fine. If I have to pay for someone else's (that's not related to me) health care costs, that's a different story. It's like I have to feel the financial effects of a tobacco smoker going to the hospital and finding out they have lung cancer. What in the Hell! Here is a case where abstaining from smoking tobacco products can save many people a lot of money in many areas of life.
What you do with your life is important to all of us. Whether you know it or not, whether you like it or not. We are all connected to each other in one way or another. Deal with that fact. Think about other people as well as yourself. Having sex outside of marriage has a financial cost that society cannot bear with the current state of the economy as it is. Can't it wait until marriage? People need to be fiscally responsible before they even have sex. Not everyone believes in that notion.
It shouldn't take the finances of a entire village to help raise your child because you weren't fiscally responsible to start with.You don't dictate to the hospital or the government how much it will cost you to take care of you and your child.

Ferguson, MO Curfewed - 8/16/2014

Ferguson, Missouri is now in a State of Emergency and a curfew is in place. I think it's one step closer to Martial Law in that town. The F.B.Eyes are in town as well. Will a curfew quell the looting and violence? My answer to that question is: Oh Hell No! Get the National Guard in there to patch things up as fast as they can. The speech has been made and now the dues can wait.
I wouldn't be surprised if President Obama goes there. How about Vice President Joe Biden going there as well? How about some humanitarian aid for Ferguson, MO? I would like to see that before humanitarian aid is sent to Gaza. Remember, help your own country before helping other countries.

Detroit 1967/Ferguson 2014 - 8/13/2014
Hello. As always, consult an attorney before reading this post any further. Read this post at your own discretion. Don't say I didn't warn you.
As the news of the tragedy that has happened in Ferguson, MO. is going around the world, I feel it may be eerily similar to what happened in Detroit, MI in 1967. The Gordon Lightfoot song, "Black Day In July" comes to my mind. The lyric that goes, "And the body of a dead youth lies stretched upon the ground. Upon the filthy papers, no reason can be found", is telling of what had happened in Detroit in 1967 and what is happening in Ferguson in 2014.
I hope and pray that Martial Law will not be enacted upon Ferguson, MO. like it was in Los Angeles, CA. in 1992 during the L.A. Riots. That was the last time that Martial Law was enacted in the United States. If Martial Law is enacted in Ferguson, MO., I won't be surprised.
Faith has been replaced by fear. Why is that? People are fearful of law enforcement. I wouldn't be fearful of law enforcement. I would be more fearful of the lawmakers who make the laws instead.
Why fear when you can have faith? I think that Alfred E. Neuman was a Christian because he would say, "What? Me Worry?". He must have had some faith in God.

Reaching Out To Closed Arms - 8/12/2014

With the passing of actor/comedian Robin Williams, his inner pain was exposed. There are many of us with inner pain that is hidden within us. So many people have so much pain that, at times, seems so unbearable. I have had pain all of my life.
I reach out and I am not received with open arms, but closed arms. There are many, many people with closed arms. I see lots of women with closed arms only hugging themselves because they won't let me into their lives. It must be because of my lowly status and the uncaring corporations that won't allow me to work. Why can't I have just one chance?
Talking to someone about my problems would only put me further into debt. The State of Colorado and the United States government said it's cheaper that my problems go untreated than be a burden upon society and help pay for any treatment that I should receive. I wouldn't be surprised if they would send me to Pueblo, CO. to talk to the same psych. doctors that James Holmes have spoken to. Let's just say that I am a person of uninterest.

Homeless Work Hours - 8/4/2014
Hello. As always, consult an attorney before reading this post any further.
Most of us work. It's not always about the pay rate of our jobs, it's about how many hours of work that we get. Any minimum wage job with less than 20 hours would be considered "Homeless Work Hours". That means, the hours scheduled and worked on a job in a week that makes that worker unable to pay their bills of life to survive. If a homeless person that lives at a homeless shelter receives less than 20 hours of work a week at a McJob, that homeless person would still be living at the homeless shelter. At best, the homeless person that works a part time McJob may be eligible for subsidized housing depending on the area that person is living in.
At a McDonald's restaurant in Colorado Springs, CO. that I used to work at, I got 26 to 32 hours a week. That is, until the store manager only gave me one day of work with 6.5 hours scheduled. To me, that's Homeless work hours. I can't survive off of $234 a month. I was forced to quit due to a lack of hours and I blame in part, L&S Enterprises Number 2, Inc. for my unemployment and possibly, my future homelessness.
Working only two days in two months is also considered homeless work hours. If the State of Colorado wants me to work, they will have to subsidize a car for me as most employers only want employees with a car or other modes of private transportation. In the eyes of most employers, public transportation is NOT reliable transportation. I have had employers turn me down because I don't have a car and Colorado does not care.
Homeless work hours are a direct result of the (Un)Affordable Care Act. That law is Obamunistic at best. It created a Two-Tiered healthcare system in the United States. One is for the rich of us and the other one is for the rest of us. If your governmental representative in the House or Senate voted for the ACA and is up for re-election, vote for their opponent. Former San Diego Mayor, Bob Filner, voted for the ACA. Thank God he can't run for public office again. I can't wait to see what happens in November with the Mid-Term elections. Remember, the results of your voting can be challenged and overturned in a court of law by activist judges like California's Prop 8 was.

The Third World In The U.S. - 7/19/2014

With all of these undocumented unaccompanied children from south of our border here in the U.S., I can safely say that the Third World is here. Is there such a thing as a Second World? So now, FEMA can consider using those internment camps that they have (AKA Undisclosed Locations). I believe some parts of the United States have the same living conditions as almost any Third World country.
Food insecurity here in the U.S. is almost comparable to any third world country. People on fixed incomes don't get a raise. However, the price of food is on the increase. So, there's lots of food that people can't afford to purchase. Is it time once again for food rationing like in the War Years?
When I have work, I save money and buy extra food for the times of unemployment. To me, days of work are far and few between. It could be said for most people these days. Increasing populations equal increased competition for any entry-level job. One job opening could net as much as 100-300 job applications.

One Way To Ban Same-Sex Marriage In The U.S. - 7/9/2014
Hello. As always, please consult with an attorney before reading this post any further. You may need it. Also, consider if you have some vacation time to use up for protesting or a trip to any court of law.
A judge in Colorado has ruled that the State of Colorado's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. I know of someone that doesn't recognize same-sex marriages. His name is God. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
I now would like to suggest one possible way of banning same-sex marriage in the United States. The suggestion is: How about we dissolve the current U.S. Constitution and its amendments and have it re-written? If the U.S. Constitution were written in these modern times, it would look totally different than it was originally written. Some people would feel that God's Holy Word trumps any laws and constitutions. What are your thoughts on this?
Firestorms don't just happen in forested areas. Firestorms can start within the heart and mind. This issue is a firestorm if it isn't already. I read a tweet from a reporter on KDVR in Denver today about Suthers Vs. Hall. In the tweet, it said, "Rally sin support" I know that it should have read, "Rallies in support". Rally for support of sin? This is truly a sin-cursed world.
I bet that there would be lots of support for sinful behavior. There are imperfect judges on this Earth. However, God is the final judge. I, along with everybody else who has ever lived on Earth, has to give an account to God on what we have done in our lives here on Earth.

A judge in Colorado has ruled that the State of Colorado's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. I know of someone that doesn't recognize same-sex marriages. His name is God. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
I now would like to suggest one possible way of banning same-sex marriage in the United States. The suggestion is: How about we dissolve the current U.S. Constitution and its amendments and have it re-written? If the U.S. Constitution were written in these modern times, it would look totally different than it was originally written. The Pregnancy Was Unwanted But The Sex Was Wanted- 7/7/2014
Hello. As always, consult an attorney before reading this post. Don't say I didn't warn you.
As most of you know by now, the Supreme Court Of The United States decision about Hobby Lobby not having to pay for four types of contraception. Two are IUDs and the other two are versions of "The Morning After" pill. Good for them. I say that abstaining from sex is the best contraceptive and it's free. There is no cost to abstain from sex and it save the government a whole lot of money. It's a choice. Your choice affects me personally and financially. Like I said before, hospitals promote baby because it's more profit for them and nobody else. How's that for a verbal punch to the face for all of you hospital administrators?
If a young, pregnant woman says to me, "I didn't plan to get pregnant", I would say to the woman, "Well, you planned to have sex outside of marriage and you don't have the finances to have the baby". What are these young women thinking? Do they know about the person of Jesus Christ? If the don't, they need to. God has a plan for our lives. However, not everybody know about that plan.
If you are married and have the finances and insurance to have children, then more power to you. If you are not in this situation, keep your legs crossed.

If Roe V. Wade Was Enacted Two Years Earlier - 6/28/2014

If Roe V. Wade had been decided in 1971 instead of 1973, I could have possible not been born. Some people out there wish that were so. How many more abortions could there have been? We can only estimate. It goes to show that other people's decisions do in fact have an effect on me personally. It's like when you vote. The majority always wins. However, voter's decisions and results can and will be overturned in a court of law. Does Gore Vs. Bush in 2000 ring a bell?
I leave you with this thought. Be careful how your decisions affect not only yourself but others around the world as well. Keep that in mind.

Buying Response Time - 6/19/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised. It is also advised that you consult with an attorney before reading this post.
The Denver Auditor's Office has reviewed response times of when a 911 dispatcher answers a 911 call to when the Denver Police Department officer arrives on scene in 2013 was 14.3 minutes. Less officers means increased response times.
BTW, What is defined as a Level 0-2 call and as a Level 3-6 call? What is the difference between them? I would like to find out. More officers mean more money spent by the Denver Police Department. Who has the money anyway and who is in control of it?
So, in essence, cities can buy in to reduce response times. Who will flip the bill for it? All 911 calls cost money. How much is the average 911 call and the responses to it? Can somebody give me an estimate where you live whether in Denver or any other city? This is a story that should have a follow up.

Cover Up Or Recover - 6/16/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised.
In a sin-cursed world, we as human beings are imperfect. We all fall down. We fail. We are not the perfection that God is. We aren't successful all of the time. We all have problems.
It is in our human nature to hide our problems, fears or secrets. Silence about our problems, fears & secrets can be deadly. Are we so selfish that we don't seek to help others? It's harder to lift people up than push people down. Everything is seen by God whether we know it or not, whether we believe it or not. We can't hide anymore.
What would have happened if someone or some group would have helped those mass killers out? We may never know. As I have said in a previous blog post, look out for each other. It is because we don't know if we could prevent another disaster or tragedy. Don't leave those that you love and care for alone for too long. Who knows what thoughts are in the mind of that particular person? God knows everything and we don't. I leave it at that.
Please, don't try to cover up your problems because they will just get bigger and bigger until your life feels like exploding. What you do with your life not only has an effect on your, it has an effect on the whole world. If there is a problem, there is a solution. Earnestly find that solution and begin to recover. Recovery takes time. You'll have to be patient. You will never walk alone.

Think About Other People? - 6/13/2014

I was at a Whole Foods Market in Colorado Springs, CO. one afternoon. I was in the checkout line and placed my basket on the floor. An older couple behind me said to pick it up. They also said, "Think about other people". I did pick up the basket and put in on the counter. Then, I said, "If I have to think of other people, why aren't they thinking of me?" Nobody thinks of me or about me for that matter. That's why I'm Michael Anonymous. Nobody care who I really am or any aspect of my life. The same went for Elliot Rodger.
Nobody besides his family ever cared to follow up on Elliot Rodger. He was lucky in that aspect. He was lucky to have family. I, on the other hand, am an outcast. I still consider myself an outcast of society. I don't fit in anywhere in this world. Many companies and corporations don't want me working for them. If I were to get a permanent job, it would have to be subsidized by either City, County, State or Federal Governments because the private sector no longer wants me working.
Why should I think of other people if nobody thinks of me? Other people hurt me, not help me. Give me an answer to that question. I am still left untreated due to the high costs of mental health care. I'll never read minds. I leave that up to God.

If Only Elliot Had...- 6/11/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised.
Thinking about what life Elliot Rodger would have had if only he had visited either The Philippines, any country in Latin America or Eastern Europe. The women in these countries may have been better to him than the women here in America. They are sweet and more affectionate than American women.
If Elliot had met a better woman in one of those countries, maybe, just maybe, tragedy would have been prevented. Any moment can be a life changing moment. Just remember that.
At age 18, I had known that no woman born in America would date me or marry me. I was already looking at mail order brides. My first girlfriend was from Indonesia going to college here in the States. She broke up with me because her parents didn't like the amount of money she was spending on the phone bill. She loved me too much. Her parents ran out of money for her to be in America and had to return to Indonesia. This was in 1998.
The only women who would want to marry me are from outside of America. I'm not good enough for any woman born in America. I have made my mistakes. I made bad life choice and poor financial decisions. I live and die by my decisions.

Money Trail To Seattle - 6/5/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised.
It's going to take 3 to 7 years for the minimum wage in Seattle, WA. to get to $15 an hour. This is going to cause people with low to no job skills to make a mad dash to Seattle. Can't these people get a higher education so that they can get a better paying job where they are now? Oh, yeah. That's right. Post-secondary education is unaffordable for the low to no income people. It is due to the regents at the public universities. That's right. These people are what I call, 'Education Terrorists'. They withhold the necessary education until they get paid.
Looking for a job and going on job interviews pay you nothing except for the money you find on the ground. Education is less accessible than ever. For profit vocational schools that make you take out loans at high interest rates and are irrelevant a few years later. Automation takes over human jobs that we need until retirement.
All roads lead to Seattle where the cost of living may double in 3 to 7 years. When the minimum wage goes up, so does almost everything else. A Big Mac Combo meal may cost $10.00 in Seattle a few years from now. Save your money now, Seattle. Stockpile food to give to food pantries that need it with the influx of people coming your way.

With the Seattle City Council voting to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour in a few years, many residents will be priced out. Prices in stores and restaurants will be as high as San Francisco, New York, Alaska & Hawaii. Jobs will be cut and hours on the job will be reduced. Is Seattle going to see a gold rush? We'll see.
As the minimum wage goes up, almost everything else will go up too. Maybe, the fast food value menus will go away. You'll have to start cooking your own meals instead. More meatless Tuesdays will be more prevalent.
Memo to the residents of Seattle: Start buying in bulk now while you still can if you haven't yet. Buy your coffee now while the price is still low. Share that Venti cup of coffee with someone. Share and care.

Hospitals Encourage Sex - 6/2/2014

The cost of bringing children into this world has skyrocketed. $6K-$7K just for the E.R. costs? Much more for the rooms used, medicines, doctor's costs and a whole myriad of costs that may or may not be covered under the UnAffordable Care Act's insurance policies.
People having children whether in or out of wedlock is profitable for hospitals. They don't care how many children you pop out, the color of money is in their eyes. Catholics don't believe in using birth control except for male hookers. They need to change this policy. Why doesn't the Catholic Church pay for their parishioners' hospital bills? One reason may be is because they are still paying out settlements from the priest abuse scandals

A Right To What? - 5/31/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised.
Earlier today, I read a story about a Lakewood, CO. baker who has decided not to make any more wedding cakes to anyone due to him losing a discrimination suit. It is because he refused to make a wedding cake for a same sex couple. Businesses can pick and choose who they do business with. Not everyone believes this. You have a right to believe anything that you wish. It's called free will. However, your rights may incur on other people's rights. That, is an example of what I call, confliction. It is a conflict between people's rights and freedoms.
Years ago, I hear the story of Dr. Jack Kevorkian and the right to die. If we have the right to die, why isn't there a right to life as the father of one of the Santa Barbara massacre victims had said? What rights do we have in life? Are our rights wrong to have and express? Only time can tell. Rights can change at any time. For example, in Colorado, the amount of rounds in a gun magazine was reduced. People lost the right to the amount of rounds in a gun magazine they once had. As a result, two Colorado State Senators got recalled. I call them political casualties.
Rights can be taken away at any time as well. I live every day as if my right to free speech can be taken away from me at any time for any reason. The United States of America is a free country...for now. Now, I leave you with this question. Are rights wrong?

F.B.Eyes In Santa Barbara - 5/30/2014

Extra police from out of town are in Santa Barbara, CA. to help out the local police. It is said that the extra police presence is good now because people are still shaken up to what happened last Friday with the mass killings and shootings by Elliot Rodger.
If I were there, I wouldn't be surprised if I saw some FBI vehicles in the area as well. I live every day as if my freedom and rights can be taken away from me at any time for any reason. "I've just discovered, somebody's tapped my Internet." That could be a line of a song from a modern day "Simon & Garfunkel".
The F.B.Eyes are in Santa Barbara, CA and could be coming to a city near you. Until next post, I'm not normal. I know it and I don't care and neither do you.

A Throw-Away Person - 5/29/2014

Do you know of a throw-away person? Maybe you do and maybe you don't. Elliot Rodger thought he was a throw-away person after being rejected by who knows how many women in his short life. I have been considered a throw-away person as well being rejected by hundreds of women in my lifetime as well. I will never be perfect because of this sin-cursed world. Being perfect means being sinless. Jesus Christ is the only person to be perfect upon this Earth.
My father divorced my mother before I was born. I was a throw-away person even before being born. I didn't ask to be born. Nobody does. I was born before the Roe V. Wade decision. So, I couldn't have been aborted.
Elliot Rodger's friend, Simon Astaire, recently gave an interview to CNN. He said of Elliot Rodger that he seemed to merge into the walls. It sounds to me like he was invisible to the world. I feel invisible to the world all of the time. Remember, my name is not Sir. My name is Michael Anonymous because you don't really care who I really am. He also said of Elliot Rodger that he seemed to be the loneliest person in the world. Well, Simon Astaire hasn't met me yet. Hopefully, he will meet me one day. I consider myself to be one of the loneliest people in the world. I am so used to loneliness that I don't know what a human relationship is.
Elliot Rodger's parents hope to help ensure that a similar attack won't happen again. On that I say that you can't be everywhere no matter how hard you try. Mental illness in the United States of America is going untreated everyday because those that have mental illness don't have the resources to pay for their treatment and be a burden upon society. I believe that the State of Colorado would rather save money on me than spend on me in all facets of my life. Cat Scan me if you would like. There are more laws protecting animal life than protecting human life. If you have a dog in Colorado and the dog attacks a wild animal, law enforcement can legally shoot your dog. That may or may not change.

Elliot Rodger's parents hope to help ensure that a similar attack won't happen again. On that I say that you can't be everywhere no matter how hard you try. Mental illness in the United States of America is going untreated everyday because those that have mental illness don't have the resources to pay for their treatment and be a burden upon society. I believe that the State of Colorado would rather save money on me than spend on me in all facets of my life. Cat Scan me if you would like. There are more laws protecting animal life than protecting human life. If you have a dog in Colorado and the dog attacks a wild animal, law enforcement can legally shoot your dog. That may or may not change.

When Left Alone - 5/28/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised.
When a person is left alone for too long, strange and possibly dangerous ideas come pop into their heads. Also, you don't know what they are up to. You don't know if they are going to harm themselves or others. If someone asks you to leave them alone, respect their wishes. However, only leave them alone for up to one day. If that person still wants to be left alone for more than a day, be concerned.
Elliot Rodger should not have been left alone for so long. There should have been an intervention in his life. He should have reached out to others. Only his family cared for him. He could have gotten the help that he really needed. I don't know if he ever took psych meds or not. Lives could have been saved. Why did Elliot Rodger not see good in humanity?
There is good and bad in everyone. You don't need to be taught how to be bad. You do have to be taught to be good and do good in this life. It's harder to lift somebody up than push somebody down.
As for me, if I'm left alone, nobody is concerned. Should you be concerned? I don't know the answer to that question. If I leave you alone, I feel at peace. No harm, no foul. Do you feel at peace?
A wellness check is not a mental check. Could wellness checks be court ordered in the future? Time will tell if and when that happens.

Reflection And Deflection - 5/27/2014
Hello. As always, reader discretion is advised.
Today, 5/27/2014 is a "Day of Mourning and Reflection" in Santa Barbara, California and also anywhere the family, friends and former classmates of the victims are. It is a time of momentary sadness and memorial. Sadness shouldn't last forever. Lives cut short by a hurt person that wanted, by his own volition, to hurt others. Life is never fair in a sin-cursed world.
Bright lives that could have changed the world have now been dimmed by someone else's anger. Today is a day to deflect our minds off of the killer and reflect on the lives that were cut too short.
Weihan Wang was a humble spirit. He was studying computer engineering at UCSB. What was on his mind and in his mind that could have changed computer engineering? We may never know now. More reflections on his character and his short life are forthcoming.
Cheng Yuan Hong was a hard working and bright student willing to help others. Helping others is a good thing. Giving others credit is also a good virtue.
George Chen was a good kid, very smart. His parents can't and maybe never understand why this would happen to him. Hurt people hurt people.
I know that more reflections on the victims are to follow. We are all connected to each other in some way whether we know it or not. We may never meet everyone on the Earth and that's okay. Elliot's Manifesto - 5/26/2014
Happy Memorial Day to all of you in the U.S.A. May we always remember the fallen who helped give us our freedom that we enjoy today. Freedom is a blessing and can also be a curse.

Elliot Rodger's 137 to 140 page manifesto was received by his parents and others too little too late. What would have happened if his manifesto had been received earlier? Would the mass killings have been prevented? We may never know. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a hard copy of Elliot Rodger's Manifesto through the Freedom of Information Act. Probably, all of the copies would either be destroyed or kept by the Santa Barbara Police and the F.B.I. Don't I have the freedom of knowledge? We have freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Why not have the freedom of knowledge? I must have the freedom to know what was going inside the mind of Elliot Rodger before and up to the time of the mass killings in Santa Barbara, CA.
Was Elliot Rodger ever on prescription psychiatric meds? If so, what were they and why didn't they work? Was he forced to take psych meds? I had been on psychiatric medications before and they don't work. The last time I took them was on January 2, 2013. Lexapro, for example, has no generic the last time I took it in 2007. It's too expensive for the average uninsured person and I don't blame anybody that refuses to take it because of the prohibitive cost of that medication.
I wouldn't be surprised if the State of Colorado or any other state for that matter would want me to visit different psychiatrists and psychologists to find out what's going on in my mind. Memo to all state agencies, get in line. I am above normal and it scares the hell out of people.

Don't Go Unchecked - 5/25/2014

As a result of yesterday's post, there was a welfare check on me. The Colorado Springs Police Department contacted me by phone and spoke to me for a few minutes because I posted a link to yesterday's post to Facebook and one or many people were disturbed by it. I told the person on the phone that I have no intention to harm myself or others. I was stating my opinion about the situation that happened in Santa Barbara, CA. Can I just have an opinion? Is my opinions harmful? I cannot and will not apologize for my life. I am imperfect just like the rest of you people. I have failed in the past and have made my share of mistakes. Nobody is perfect this side of Heaven. You will never know everything in this world and will have to be okay with that.
I learned from the news sources that Elliot Rodger did get the guns he used legally. First of all, was there a background check done on him when he got them? If so, what were the results of that background check? Second of all, is a mental exam part of the background check? If it isn't, should a mental exam be a part of the background check? These are legitimate questions to ask. This situation will not go away anytime soon.
If you do care about the people in your life, check on them on a regular basis. Don't let people in your life go unchecked. As for me, people forget who I am. I tell them my name and a few minute later, they forget who I am. That's why I'm Michael Anonymous. People don't care enough to check up on me and I am left unchecked for who knows how long.
If you think that I need to speak to a psychiatrist or psychologist, I don't have $200 & up a session because I can't get a permanent full time job with health insurance because the full time jobs have gone away due to the (Un)Affordable Care Act. Vocational job training in Colorado is also a joke. The jobs that are out there for which a person went to job training for will be obsolete in a few years. If you want to fundraise for my mental health care, go ahead and do it. The mental health care that I would receive under Medicaid is a joke. It's almost as bad as a Armed Forces Veteran waiting to see a doctor or specialist at the VA Clinic. I believe that it will take years to fix the VA Healthcare System.

I Felt Elliot Rodger's Pain - 5/24/2014

I read about what happened with Elliot Rodger and the shootings at UCSB. I don't know if he valued his own life. He didn't value the lives of those he shot. I don't know if anyone, besides his family, valued his life as a worthy one. We may never know. We may never know how he got the gun and if it was done legally or illegally. The women that rejected him should have let school administrators know about him.
I felt his pain as he went on his rant. I too am a 42 year old virgin. I am the most undatable man in America. I don't know if he knew of God and his Son, Jesus Christ. God only knows the condition of his soul. I have had many, many women scorn me since I was in middle school. That's why I call myself Michael Anonymous because nobody cares about who I really am except for God.

Women won't date me because of my lowly condition. I only work on sporadic, seasonal temporary jobs and no company and the U.S. Government wants to give me a full time permanent job because of the high cost of health insurance. I don't own a car and I have to rent cars when I have to. I don't have my own place due to a lack of a full time permanent job. #BringBackOurGirls? How about #BringBackMyJob? Women don't have faith in a man like me.

The Jeans Freezer - 5/21/2014
Hello again. Viewer discretion is advised.
The CEO of Levi's Jeans says to not wash your jeans and instead to spritz them with a vinegar solution. I have heard that you could freeze your jeans to remove odor.
Here's an idea. How about putting your worn jeans into what I call, A Jeans Freezer. It's a clothing freezer. It's a cross between a wardrobe and a compact fridge/freezer. Just hang your jeans on a hanger and hang them in the jeans freezer for 24 hours to eliminate the odor. Make sure to have some baking soda in the jeans freezer. After 24 hours have passed, your frozen jeans are ready to defrost or just wear them on a hot Summer day. You'll feel great wearing frozen jeans in Las Vegas and Phoenix in the hot desert heat.
If this product were available, would you get it? It's also good for swimwear too.

Are Pets Medically Necessary Or Mentally Necessary? - 5/20/2014
Hello again. As always, please consult an attorney before reading this post. Make sure you have some vacation time or savings available for a possible trip to a local court of law.
As most of you know, pets can be as expensive as a child. Some people call their pets their "Children". Human life is more sacred than an animal's life. Human beings have a soul; believe it or not. No, I'm not Jack Palance. I would place animals in two categories. The first category would be medically necessary. Service animals for the disabled or differently abled is all good and I am all for it as long as the service animal is properly trained to help those that they serve. The other category is Mentally Necessary. Some people would say, "I can't live without my pet". If those people lost their pets for some reason, would they go out of control? If they go out of control, would that make them mental? I would say a "Hell Yes"! Pets come and pets go. I don't have a pet to prevent myself from going Mental and being a drain on the already strained Mental Health System.
If I see a homeless person with a pet, I would tell them this: "Here's the situation. If you give up your pet for adoption to the local shelter, both of you will be fed. If you keep your pet, both of you go hungry. Choose Now." If I were to go homeless with a pet, I would give up the animal because I couldn't afford to take of it. Remember, animals, wild and domestic, are better treated in the United States of America than human beings are at this current time.
If you can't afford to take care of yourself, you can't afford to take care of a pet. If you are a pet hoarder, get help NOW! What you do with yourself is everyone's business; believe it or not.

Parents: Get Your Kids Lawyers - 5/18/2014
Hello again. As always, please consult an attorney before reading this post.
With the increase of youth violence in the United States, I feel that it is safe to say that there will be an increased need for parents to get lawyers for their kids. Fights at school between kids should be considered assaults. Fights at school athletic events should be considered in the same way. Should we teach our children the legal ramifications of their actions? Life education starts in the home.
Why can't there be peace at schools? Answer: Sinful human nature. Pure and simple. Also, a child's poor, malnourished diet filled with sugars and other unhealthy ingredients. Tell your kids not to do the Mountain Dew due to the BVO (Brominated Vegetable Oil) in it that's messing with their brains. They aren't mature until they are 25 years of age anyway.
Remember, free speech is not allowed in our schools. There is no freedom to express yourself there. Fear of freedom exists there as well as institutes of higher education.

Schools Won't Teach You Everything In Life - 5/17/2014

In the United States education system, there is no way in hell that they will teach you everything that you need to know to live this life that you're living now. No amount of money you throw at the "Educational..scratch that...Indoctrinational System". will ever avail to much.
Take for example the song, "America The Beautiful". Did you know that it started out as a poem in 1893? Usually, people only sing the first verse. There are more verse to the song, people! Here's a verse from the original poem in 1893 found on Wikipedia. Oh, how far away we are from this verse. Obviously, pro-choice people haven't read this verse of the poem.

How Certain Simple Questions Can Become Threats - 5/16/2014

In the United States of America, people have the right to free speech...for now. Free speech in Canada is a red herring. It could be the same way in the United States of America in the near future. Free speech is popular and unpopular at the same time. I feel that there are certain simple questions that can and are being construed as threats. What does your attorney have to say after reading the past few sentences?
Here are some questions that can become threats?
To a tobacco or legalized marijuana smoker, "Have you bought your casket yet?"
To anyone, "Have you considered buying a burial plot yet?"
To an alcoholic, "Is your drinking costing me more in health insurance?"
To an unwed teenage mother, "Why are you costing other people their food stamps?"
To D.G. & T.H. in Denver, "Why are you making me want to think like James Holmes?"
There could be so many more questions out there that I and other people are thinking about asking. Remember, lying about service in the military is protected Constitutional free speech. What I write here is protected Constitutional free speech. I live every day as if the Constitution of the United States of America can be done away with and re-written. The last time that Americans were not free was in 1992 in Los Angeles, CA. during the L.A. Riots. It wouldn't surprise me to see more riots in the future and the U.S. Constitution being suspended under Martial Law.

No Plastic In Our Mouths - 5/14/2014
Hello, again. As always, consult an attorney before reading on. Today, I read a story about plastic micro beads from toothpastes and cleansers made it into the South Platte River in Colorado passing through the state's filtration system. First of all, what in the hell are plastics doing in our cleansers and in our toothpastes? Second of all, who in the hell allowed those plastics in these products in the first place? Where is the FDA in all of this crap? Memo to the FDA, this will not be tolerated! Change will be happening and you will not like it.
What ever happened to all natural toothpastes? What ever happened to all natural cleansers? If plastic micro beads can contaminate the South Platte River, imagine how many other rivers and waterways that may contain this stuff. We also don't need to pollute our bodies with plastics like we pollute our bodies with carcinogens from tobacco use and alcohol in our blood stream slowly poisoning ourselves. We don't need a patch of trash in our waterways like there is in the Pacific Ocean.

Her Life, Her Fault - 5/13/2014
Hello, again. As always, please consult with an attorney before reading on.
I was at a Workforce Center on Monday. While I was working on one of the computers, I overheard one woman's phone conversation. She was saying that she needed to find a place to stay. She said that she was on probation and 8 months pregnant. I didn't see a wedding ring on her finger. She was on probation for receiving stolen goods on one occasion and distributing a controlled substance on another occasion.
She has several strikes against her. One, she got pregnant out of wedlock. Two, she got involved with people that were of no reputation and probably agnostics. Three, she probably doesn't know about the Lord Jesus Christ.
This lady has made many bad life choices. She has lived her life, so far, on her own terms. She is now facing the results of her bad life choices. She probably is trying to find a substitute to Jesus. I'm not sorry to say that there is no substitute for Jesus.
May this be a lesson for us all that what we do with our lives has an effect on everyone's lives. You may not see it immediately. You may never know whose life you are impacting with your words, actions and choices. I know that I do have an impact on people's lives and on this world as a whole. I know that you do as well.

Education Everyday - 5/11/2014
Hello again. As always, please consult an attorney before reading this post. I will write things that you won't believe and things that you don't want to believe. As most people should know by now, the average adult attention span is only 28 seconds. The average child attention span is less than that. No wonder why radio and television commercials are only 30 seconds. You have to give a piece of information to someone three times to get into their heads one time. Every day is a day for education and development. Education starts in the home. No single school will have all the education that you need for living this life. Be okay with that. Knowing everything means that you are God. You are not God. Deal with that. We are imperfect, finite, limited people. If you think the contrary, you are deluding yourself with that illusion and are labeled a Delusionist.
I believe that new is different. It's like a different product that you see at a store. Or, for example, an existing product with a new & different price whether it is higher or lower. Sometimes, you hear the "Price Is Right" theme stuck in your head when shopping and play pricing games with the store.
We must choose to learn so that we can grow. We must choose to learn all the right things to learn about. One person's choices DO have an effect on us all no matter where we are in the world. One pregnant lady would say, "I didn't plan to get pregnant". Well, I say to that, "You did plan to sin and go against God". You don't want to go against God. I know I wouldn't. Outward action of an inward intention. That's what it's all about.
In this life, everything is permissible but not profitable. I would go for a profit than a loss. That includes losing your life without knowing Christ as your Savior. I wouldn't want that on my worst enemy. And, I have lots of enemies out there. Go figure that one out.

Should Drug Sniffing Dogs Be At CO Border Crossings? - 5/10/2014
Hello, again. Please consult an attorney before reading on. Please consider if you have any vacation time from work or school to possibly be in any court of law. I'll write things that you won't believe and things that you don't want to believe. Be prepared mentally and emotionally for what I am about to write.
Since the legalization of recreational pot in Colorado, there has been an increase of house explosions due to hash oil manufacturing by non professionals. I, personally, won't be surprised if there are house explosions happening on a daily basis due to hash oil production. Those, "Hot Head PotHeads" don't like the heavy taxes on recreational pot. Those recreational tokers are on a slow suicide leading to their deaths.
There are out of state people coming to Colorado for their fix on pot. I would call them Smokebirds as KRDO Newschannel 13 has called them via Twitter. It is illegal to take recreational pot out of state. I am originally from California where there are drug sniffing dogs along the US/Mexico border. How about drug sniffing dogs at every Colorado border entry to try and stop the recreational pot from leaving Colorado? Lindsay Watts from KMGH-TV in Denver, Colorado tweeted to me that my idea of that is wild. However, it is not too far fetched. What is next? Having DEA come into FedEx and UPS facilities in Colorado randomly and have their drug sniffing dogs sniff out for pot? I would say that it's also not a far fetched idea either.
I do have freedom of speech in the United States of America...For Now. I live my life everyday as if my freedom can be taken away from me at any time for any reason. How do you feel now?

Mental Health Care Is Unaffordable - 5/8/2014
Hello, everyone. Before reading on, please consult an attorney. You may need their services in the near future. You also need to check yourself for symptoms of a heart attack after reading this blog post.
Mental Health Care in the United States is unaffordable. In August of 2007, I was in a behavioral facility in San Diego, CA. I was given prescription medication. One of which was Lexipro. When i got out, I found it to be near $200 or $300 for a one month's supply. I can't afford that. So, my doctor prescribed a cheaper med. A one week stay at a behavioral facility is near $7,000. That's a year of salary to me.
How much would it have cost for someone like Holmes, Lanza, Klebold & Harris to be taken care of? The world may never know. Because of the unaffordability of mental health care in the United States, too many lives are lost each year. I offer condolences to all the families affected. However, those that have passed away or are currently recovering from those incidents are, to me, the United States Government's collateral damage.
I am the collateral damage of my parents, Barbara Jean Alexander & Allen Albert Tobias. Both are deceased. They divorced before I was born. If you say that I have mental illness, it's on my father's side of the family.
How do we lower the costs of mental health care in the U.S.? If you have any ideas, I would love to hear from you.

Teenage Pregnancy Should Be A Thing Of The Past - 5/7/2014
Hello. This is my new blog called, "From A Dangerous Mind". People have been upset at me since the day I was born. I was born before Roe V. Wade became law. I bet that most people wanted it before April 11, 1972 so I wouldn't be here now. Please consult an attorney before reading on. This is your only warning.
Today's topic is: Teenage Pregnancy Should Be A Thing Of The Past.
Teenage pregnancy shouldn't happen in the first place. Most pregnant teenage girls are agnostic. They have no knowledge of Jesus Christ. The teenage boys or adult men that make the illegal insemination should be charged with statutory rape regardless if the sex was consented to or not. Those that make the illegal insemination don't have a knowledge of Jesus Christ either. Those men need to be slapped to their senses if they have any.
Teenage pregnancy must be stopped and ended. This would save the city, county, state and federal governments lots of money if there were no teenage pregnancy.
